The original farmhouse contains the kitchen, dining room and TV room (complete with working fireplace), and three bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom.

Outside the kitchen is the open loggia, where most meals are eaten in hot weather, above which is the soggiorno (drawing room) with a view over the pool to the hills.

In the converted barns, the ground floor provides a laundry and three bedrooms (two with bathrooms attached); upstairs is a study and the master bedroom, with its own bathroom.
